Project Leader

 Renovations

 

Job Purpose

 

  1. COMPLETE QUALITY RENOVATION PROJECTS

Complete high-quality renovation projects in a safe, efficient and courteous manner.

 

  1. Provide ongoing assistance, guidance, training and hands-on direction to assistants.

 

  1. OVERSEE COMPLIANCE OF SAFETY & PROCEDURAL POLICIES

by assigned assistants of all company safety and procedural policies.

 

  1. Maintain all RENOVATION-related equipment & AREAS ASSIGNED as required to ensure efficient & safe operations.

 

  1. ASSURE QUALITY CLIENT RELATIONS

Provide quality client relations by recognizing potential problems, meeting client expectations and addressing client concerns in a timely, friendly, courteous and professional manner.

 

  1. LIASE BETWEEN CLIENTS, OFFICE STAFF, PROJECT MANAGER & ASSISTANTS

Act as a liaison between clients, project manager and project assistants, maintaining a positive team environment.

 

  1. ASSIST IN DESIGN PROCESS as needed to ensure quality, efficiency and desired results.

 

  1. Keep records

Complete all documentation as required.

 

  1. COMPLETE SMALL JOBS & REPAIRS as needed for contract clients in a safe and efficient manner.

 

  1. SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE

Assist with snow removal operations to ensure safe, efficient & damage-free clearing of all assigned properties and provide assistance to others as needed.

 

  1. Additional duties

Complete as required and/or assigned.

 

 

 

 

 

Job and Skill Requirements

Project leader – RENOVATIONS

 

  • Valid drivers license
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the renovation field
  • Safely & efficiently operate and maintain all power & hand tools. Knowledge of all related safety procedures.
  • Knowledge of renovation skills, including demolition, framing, plumbing, tiling, drywall, cabinetry, millwork and related safety procedures & equipment.
  • Have ability to encourage & promote teamwork
  • Have good oral communication, job task planning & organizing, writing and reading text
  • Complete knowledge of company safety standards, procedures and policies and adhere to such.
  • Ability to operate snow removal equipment and knowledge of all related maintenance and safety procedures.
  • Willing to work in variable weather conditions
  • Able to handle physical demands of job
  • Adhere to company dress code to reflect a neat and professional image.
  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning
