Renomark and BILDThe Building Industry and Land Development Association of the Greater Toronto Area, or BILD, is an organization with over 1500 company members in the land development and home building and renovation industries. Its goal is to improve the communication between the industry and government, promote the welfare of the industry, and protect the interests of consumers. For the consumer this means that all members have agreed to the BILD code of ethics and that renovators abide by the RenoMark guidelines.
