As a professional member of Landscape Ontario, we constantly monitor your lawn & garden to ensure a balanced approach to lawn health is maintained. This approach uses best scientific & cultural practices. Briefly stated, it includes:
Dormant oil and/or lime sulphur*: A preventative measure used to control insects & some diseases on shrubs.
- Soil Tests*: are used to obtain independent lab recommendations to achieve best soil conditions to support an optimal environment for your lawn to flourish
- Fertilizer & Fiesta Dandelion Control*: timed & applied at a rate that will provide consistent growth of turf-grass. This approach ensures maximum health and minimum use of fertilizer, a benefit to both lawn & environment.
- Easy-Flo Compost*: is a top dressing compost which adds essential organic material into the soil where you lawn lives. Soils with proper levels of organic material provide more nutrients and a better structure for lawn growth.
- Aeration: is an essential part of maintaining a healthy lawn and is one of the best things you can do for your lawn. We recommend spring aeration for all lawns and both spring & fall aeration for lawns with heavy clay soils.
- Overseeding: We recommend a yearly overseeding with high endophyte perennial ryegrass (insect resistant and vigorous growing) to achieve thick lawns which are less susceptible to weed germination and pest infestation.
- Salt Stopper*: helps to minimize crabgrass and weed invasion. Salt stopper is applied to areas of the lawn near roadways or walkways in the spring in order to counteract the damaging effects of winter de-icing salts. It is also applied to areas where high dog traffic and those with naturally high salt contents.

Winter Care Services*

We offer two different levels of winter care service for our yearly & seasonal maintenance clients.
Snow Removal A*Snow removed from front walkway & driveway after each time it snows and accumulates, regardless of quantity.
Snow Removal B*Snow removed from front walkway & driveway after a minimum snowfall of 5 cm (2 inches).
Note: Both services include follow-up visits as needed (e.g. plow-ins from the City)
